MyAccount More Information

NT Power has improved the MyAccount section on its website by adding new customer-friendly features. 

MyAccount Provides: 

  • A secure log-in which allows all NT Power customers easy access to their account information 

  • Mobile friendly access 

  • Ability to view your Electricity Use - hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly 

  • Ability to review your bill and payment history 

  • Option to select paperless billing 

  • Option to select equal and/or pre-authorized payment plans  

  • Ability to sign up for electric high usage alerts 

  • Ability to choose between Tiered or Time-Of-Use (TOU) pricing plans. Full details about these options are found under Electricity Rates on our website: Electricity Rates | NT Power 

  • My Account is also Green Button Compliant, supporting Download-My-Data which allows you to download your energy usage data in an energy standard format.

How to Register for MyAccount

Step 1 – Registration

  1. Press The Register Button


  1. Complete the Online Account Registration Form

  1. Registration Successful

Step 2 – Confirm Registration Email

  1. Please Press on the Confirm Registration Link in your email, this will then open the MyAccount Webpage and Confirm the Registration.

  1. Below is an example of a Successful Registration Confirmation.

Step 3 – Login to Your New Registered Account

  1. Login using your email and password

  1. Select Activate My Web Account

  1. Please Review and Accept our Terms & Conditions

Step 4 – Associate Account using 10 Digit Account No. and Last Payment Amount

A.         Use your last Bill as shown below

  1. Completing the Online Account Association

Please use the details from your last bill and fill in the boxes.

1) Account Number on Page 1

2) Last Payment Amount on Page 2

 

Switch to Paperless Billing

Using a Computer to Select the Paperless Option

Step 1. Login and select My Bills in the Left Menu

Step 2. Press the Plus (+) Button on the Paperless Billing Option

 

Step 3. Select the ‘I want to receive my bills electronically’ and acknowledge.
