ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A surveyed drawing in AutoCAD of the property must be provided and include the following information: site location from the roadway centreline to the back of the property, the proposed house footprint and driveway, proposed hydro and gas meter locations, and existing services (gas, cable, phone, & water).
Once the design is complete a letter outlining the cost along with a Service Agreement & Consent Forms will be sent electronically.
A service layout with both trench and meter base specifications will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
For underground services, an NT Power Site Inspector will oversee the trench construction.
For the new service to be energized, NT Power must have received a Connection Authorization from ESA, the completed Service Agreement and Consent forms, and have all outstanding costs paid in full. Note that applicants are cautioned not to incur any major expenses until all necessary approvals have been granted.
