MY Account Self Service Customer Portal Out of service until 2pm today
NT Power is improving the MY Account section on its website by adding new customer-friendly features. In order to facilitate this change the current MY Account portal is unavailable until 2 pm today. Existing MyAccount users will receive a letter from NT Power walking you through the steps needed to upgrade your account.
MY Account provides:
Current and past statements
Payment options including pre-authorized payment
Many new and exciting features are being added:
MyAccount is now mobile-friendly, which means you can easily access your account on your smartphone and tablet.
MyAccount is Green Button compliant, which allows you to download your energy usage data into an Excel file.
Future updates to MyAccount will allow even more features to meet our customers' changing needs.

Don't worry, your preferences for paperless billing or pre-authorized payment will not be affected by this change. All you need to do is log in to view your bill.
